Right now, buyers are out year-round, especially with low inventory in many areas. If your home shows well, is priced right, and you're working with someone who knows how to market it—it can sell fast, no matter the month.

I always tell sellers: focus less on the “perfect season” and more on your goals and timing. Are you relocating? Downsizing? Upgrading? Those factors matter more than the calendar.
