Getting your house ready for sale can happen as soon as the idea of selling crosses your mind. The sooner that you can declutter, start packing and take care of small repairs, the faster you can get pictures taken of your home and get it listed on the market!

STEP 4: REVIEW AND ACCEPT BEST OFFER
The market right now IS HOT! Some homes are selling in a single day after being put on the market! We will discuss offers with you and help you weigh the pros and cons that come with each one.
