Stephanie brings more than 25 years of professional experience in customer service, marketing, and IT to her work in the auction and real estate industry. In 2020, she made a career transition driven by a strong desire to serve others and make a lasting impact. She quickly found that auctions are not just about selling items—they are about delivering solutions, achieving goals, and connecting people with meaningful opportunities.

Stephanie is a graduate of Reppert Auction School and holds auctioneer licenses in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. She has been an active member of both the Indiana and National Auctioneers Associations since 2022. In March 2025, she expanded her professional credentials by earning her real estate license, allowing her to assist clients with the purchase and sale of residential properties and land. She is proud to be a part of Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company – Fort Wayne, where the company’s values of ethics, innovation, and client satisfaction mirror her own.

In addition to her work in auctions and real estate, Stephanie has served Northwest Allen County Schools as a bus driver since 2015. She grew up in New Haven, Indiana, and now resides in Fort Wayne. A 1995 graduate of R. Nelson Snider High School, she holds an Associate Degree in Business from IPFW. Stephanie has been married to her husband, Steve, since 2005.

Family is at the heart of Stephanie’s life. Her oldest daughter, Taylor, is currently attending college, and her youngest daughter, Ella, is in high school. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys attending concerts, spending time outdoors, and traveling with her family.
