Michelle Lake joined Schrader Fort Wayne in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience from a strong agriculture background. She graduated from Indiana University in 1993 with a B.S. in Business and Marketing. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and communication abilities, Michelle has quickly become an integral part of the team.
Born and raised in Allen County, Michelle is deeply rooted in her community. She is married to Wayne, and they have one daughter, Brenna.
The Lake family is actively involved in farming, raising cattle, and showing American Miniature Horses. Michelle’s personal motto, "striving to help you do what you do best, better," reflects her dedication to supporting others in achieving their goals.
