Storage Unit Terms- A $100 security deposit is required from all winning bidders in addition to the bid amount. The security deposit will be refunded in full to the winning bidder if the storage unit is swept clean and left in a broom-swept condition (free of all debris, trash, and contents) within the allotted pickup time frame.If the unit is not swept clean or the bidder fails to remove all contents, the $100 security deposit will be forfeited and retained by Schrader of Fort Wayne to cover cleaning costs.
